The open-concept living area features a comfortable layout with a double sofa bed, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for family meals. Step out onto the deck to grill on the BBQ while taking in the serene lake views, or gather around the indoor fireplace on cooler evenings. This cabin offers direct lakefront access with a boat slip next door, a private fire pit for evening gatherings, an indoor fireplace, a Smart TV for cozy nights in, and a washer and dryer for extended stays. The full kitchen includes a BBQ grill, a coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. The property offers ample free private driveway parking on site, including a dedicated space for a small trailer or RV. A boat launch is located very close by for easy water access. Guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for $49. Located on the shores of Lac Ste. Anne, this cabin sits in the heart of Alberta's lake country, a four-season destination known for boating, fishing, and lakeside relaxation. The shoreline is natural and swimmable, ideal for guests who appreciate an authentic, undeveloped lake environment. A personal vehicle is required to access the cabin and explore the surrounding area, as there is no public transit. The cabin is a 20-minute drive to Barrhead for restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, a 1.5-hour drive to Edmonton city centre and Red Deer, and a 4-hour drive to Calgary. The Lac Ste. Anne Pilgrimage, one of Canada's largest annual gatherings, is held on the lakeshore every July. This authentic, older cabin runs on well water and a septic system. The water contains iron and is safe to use, but bringing your own drinking water is recommended. Quick showers are encouraged for larger groups to conserve hot water. The backyard and fire pit area are practical and natural rather than highly polished, and the shoreline features natural weeds and reeds with no dock, though the water is swimmable. Please bring your own outdoor beach towels, as they are not provided. Firewood is not included; if you plan to use the fire pit, please purchase firewood locally and observe any active fire bans. This property may have noise monitoring devices that track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. Exterior security cameras may be present at or near all entrances for the safety and security of all guests. All guests are required to complete identity verification through our trusted partner, Truvi, prior to check-in, and bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay past 10 pm; visitors are permitted only if accompanied by the booking guest, with no overnight visitors and no daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $75 per person, per night fee. This is a residential home, not a party venue; unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000+ if security or eviction is required. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, and loud outdoor music or gatherings are prohibited. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, with a smoking breach fee of $1,000 plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including possession, use, sale, or distribution; evidence or violation will incur a $1,000 fee, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 Admin Fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred; any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee, and the reservation may also be terminated. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith or rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin or inspection fee of $400 will be charged. Excessive mess or violations may result in extra cleaning, repairs, lost revenue, and service call costs.
