The giant, vaulted primary suite includes a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity. Laundry room, complete with washer and dryer. The private, fully fenced backyard had raised garden beds with a drip line So low maintenance There is also a sprinkler system. The view out of the back is so green and peaceful! Air conditioning and heating. 4 spots to park (2 inside the giant garage, other 2 driveway). The view out of the back is so green and peaceful! There is a playground about 5 houses away! $2800 a month (we pay sewer). $1500 security deposit, will consider pets under 30 pounds, pet deposit will be $350. There will be a background check and rental reference check as well as proof of stable income. Requiring income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
