About This Property
Welcome to The Welcome Inn!
Situated in the Sans Souci neighborhood, our home allows guests to easily access all Greenville has to offer. Our home is available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months) and is sure to be a warm welcome those wishing to move to the area or who need to retreat to the upstate for an extended stay.
Our home is fully-furnished and the rental price includes all utilities and maintenance. We are also pet-friendly with a $250 fee.
The Swamp Rabbit Trail has an access point in our neighborhood, and the Swamp Rabbit Cafe + Grocery is just a short drive (less than 1 mile) away. Downtown Greenville is just under a 10-minute drive away (about 3 miles).
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 guests. We can't wait to have you!
When guests arrive at The Welcome Inn, they are able to park in our long, single car width driveway. It can easily accommodate 4 cars, and street parking is also permitted.
Guests enter the home through a code lock on our front door, making for an easy, contact-less check in process.
Once inside, you will be in an open living space, which begins with our Living Room.
Our living room is complete with two sofas, a coffee table, and a large TV with cable access!
The living room leads to a dining area, with a long table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Finally, we have our galley style kitchen, with additional bar seating for three.
Our kitchen is stocked with all you will need to prepare a delicious meal.
There are 3 bedrooms, which pan the length of the home. I will start with the back master bedroom and work my way to the front.
Bedroom 1- Master
The first bedroom is at the very back of the house. It has steps leading down into it and a beautiful open ceiling with wooden shingle details.
This room features a King bed, TV, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a dresser. The en suite bathroom features a toilet, single vanity, and standard tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2- Queen
The second bedroom features a Queen Bed, closet, nightstands and lamps, dresser, and a TV as well. It can be accessed from the hallway off of the living room.
In between Bedrooms 2 and 3 is our other bathroom, which includes plenty of shelves for towel storage (provided for your stay), a full shower/tub combination, toilet, and single vanity.
Bedroom Four- Queen
The third bedroom is at the front of the home. It features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, nightstands with lamps, and its own closet as well.
In addition to the interior space, we have two outdoor amenities-- our porch and deck.
The front porch features white rockers with side tables, and the back deck has a gas grill as well as a large table with chairs for outdoor gathering.
Our backyard is very shaded, and therefore does not have much grass at the moment, but it's available for your dogs to enjoy. Please note that it is not fenced in at this time.
For safety and security, a Ring doorbell is next to the front door. The home is also equipped with NoiseAware software to ensure volume does not exceed a certain decibel. (Note: NOT a recording device)

The lease terms are as follows:
$750 refundable security deposit
$250 non-refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
$300 cleaning fee
