Frederick. What a cute little town; easy enough to drive to Denver, Boulder, Longmont, the mountains, etc. This home is a block away from restaurants, the post office, etc. The brand new King Soopers Marketplace is within walking distance (I have a little bike with a basket you can use if desired). Frederick has ranked as the safest city in Colorado for years it's instantly clear why - the parades, events, and local flavor help support the culture of a tight-knit community. This house comes furnished and has functioned as an Airbnb (featured as a 'Guest Favorite'). I'm taking a job out of state, and it would be nice to find someone that will treat the home with care. I'm open to flexible rental terms; 3, 6, 12 month or month-to-month. The interior is ready to go; it already has everything you may need. If you have your own things, I can take stuff out. Also, no pets. The yard was converted into a garden, so it should be ripe with free veggies and fruits. I even applied mulch to the whole property, so there's no lawn to mow, just free, fresh, nutritious food. For other landscaping things like weeding, I'll arrange something; though, if you're interested, I'll pay you to help with things like that. Anywho, reach out with questions. Cheers!
