He graduated from Ulster University with a BEng in Civil Engineering with honors, moved to the US in 2019 to work in construction, and just returned after a year of Army SF training with the VA National Guard. The second is 26 years old and attended grad school at UNC Chapel Hill after undergrad at App State and a fellowship in rural NC. He enjoys DND on weekends, antique restoration, and road tripping, and only drinks socially with friends. The third is 22 years old and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in history. He loves reading, working out, traveling, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers. The fourth is 27 years old and from Northern Virginia, where he graduated from George Mason University. He works as an event manager at a DC non-profit, enjoys cooking and running, and sometimes has friends over for backyard bonfires while watching basketball and F1. Welcome to our end unit townhome with a gorgeous backyard and multiple reserved parking spaces! Parking is super easy; we have two reserved spots and plenty of free guest parking. Included is a washer and dryer, brand new dishwasher, built-in microwave, a large oven, two refrigerators, garbage disposal, and lots of natural light. There is a new HVAC system and a new hot water heater. We have a 55-inch 4k screen in the living room and a propane grill, string lights, and a firepit for the backyard! The common areas are fully furnished but your bedroom is unfurnished. No pets or couples at this time.
