Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is wood burning, and guests should refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
