After the application has been submitted and reviewed by our staff, Credit and background reports are eventually pulled at a one-time cost of $35/tenant paid directly to TransUnion. Rent includes snowplowing, water, landscaping and trash service. Applicant has the right to provide SkyHigh Properties Ltd with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provided SkyHigh Properties Ltd with a PTSR, SkyHigh Properties Ltd is prohibited from a) charging Applicant a rental application fee or b) charging Application a fee for SkyHigh Properties Ltd to access or use the PTSR. Tenant places gas and electric into their name and subscribes to TV/Cable/landline at their expense and convenience. Water, sewer, trash and snowplowing of main road are included.
