STEPS to TUFTS CAMPUS (28-30 Whitfield Road, Somerville) A nice two-family house with two 4 bedroom apartments. House is a minute walk from Packard Avenue and two blocks from Professor's Row. Perfect location for Tufts University students. Each apartment features an eat-in kitchen w/stove and fridge, living room, bath and 4 bedrooms. Other amenities include: off-street parking in the driveway; laundry machines in the basement; a backyard with a patio and a bicycle rack. House has efficient natural gas heat and hot water, energy-efficient windows, vinyl siding and newer roof. We are responsive to tenants' needs. We even have our own handyman who performs ongoing maintenance, and we are normally able to quickly make repairs or fix problems. First-floor unit is $4,600 and second-floor unit is $4,800. First month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit. Tenant pays gas and electric utilities. Water/sewer included. We will be conducting tours on Sunday, October 26, and Sunday, November 2 (if needed). We have a limited number of time slots available.
