About This Property
This was originally a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but now one of the bedrooms was converted to a rather large laundry room. Large living room with a nice deck out back. Country style kitchen. One bathroom is off the hallway, the other is attached to the main bedroom. Utilities (electric, trash, water and sewer) are split with the other unit 60/40. If you like gardening, you can use the greenhouse on the side, and develop the front garden area. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. If you are using vouchers, please call to discuss. Please check our website for more info: Application fee is $51 per adult. Located on the north end of Washington’s scenic Olympic Peninsula, the small city of Sequim (pronounced “Squim”) is widely regarded as one of the state’s best-kept secrets. While the nearby Olympic National Park is home to a rain forest, the mountains effectively block most of the rainclouds that define the region’s image, allowing Sequim to enjoy a mostly dry climate as well as the stunning views of the surrounding landscape—this unique weather characteristic has earned the community the nickname “Sunny Sequim.” Washington Street anchors a thriving business district in what is otherwise a tranquil residential community, with the local rental market mainly consisting of single-family homes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
