It is the only large home within walking distance to the slopes! This amazing location is under a 5 minute walk to the base area and free shuttle bus! It's so close you can easily walk home to have lunch on the warm sunny deck before you head back out for more laps on the mountain! A great value in this home and location! This home offers all the amenities and comforts to make your visit to Crested Butte one you will never forget. The home has been updated with all new white linens and a new leather couch in the living room. The entry level of the home has three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each and the other has a twin/queen bunk bed. The separate entertainment area on this level has a TV, VCR, DVD and large sofa for lounging which makes this the perfect spot for kids of any age to hang out. On this level, on the outside deck, is where the large hot tub is located. On this level is also a wine cellar. Although not stocked, it is the perfect place to store any wine that you may have shipped here or may bring with you to enjoy. On the main floor there is one bedroom with a Queen bed and bathroom. The Great Room and kitchen are also on this level. The kitchen is gourmet all around, with Bosch and Viking appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes you need. The kitchen looks over the Great Room, both boasting vaulted ceilings with beautiful wooden beams. There is a spacious dining area and next to it is a TV, and DVD player. The large leather sofa comfortably seats up to 8 adults. This room also boasts a beautiful stone, gas fireplace. The large deck off of this Great Room has a grill, table and seating for eight. A great place for a summer evening meal. On the top level is the Master Suite. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath includes a large jacuzzi tub and a separate steam shower. Included in your rental at this home is the use of one small ski locker at the base of the ski area. For more space you may also rent the garage apartment. This apartment fits an additional 3 people and features a queen bed and a double pull out couch. To rent this apartment please inquire when booking, this is an additional cost of $150/night. Please be aware that the garage apartment does not have cable or satellite TV. It does have a smart TV in the living room to stream programs and a DVD player. Main House sleeps 11 comfortably. With the additional garage apartment, this house sleeps 14. Bedroom as follows: [1] Master Bedroom King, [2] Junior Master Queen, [3] One bunk bed with the bottom a Queen and top a Twin, [4] 2 Twins, [5] 2 Twins, Apartment has [1] Queen in the bedroom and (1) sofa bed size double. PARKING: There are 2 parking spots inside the garage and 2 spots outside garage bays, total of 4 parking spots designated for this property. LOCKER ACCESS: As a guest at 30 Treasury, you are allowed access to a ski locker located in the Kelsey Wright building at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Per Adaptive Center rules and regulations guests must be vaccinated to enter the building. They will ask you for proof of vaccination to enter the building. "In a response to the latest Covid information and to do everything in our power to protect our clientele and staff we will be requiring everybody who enters our Kelsey Wright Building this winter to be vaccinated. This also includes our locker room. Everyone 12 and over that will be using the locker room will need to provide proof of vaccination." Please send proof of vaccination after booking to use this locker. No Pets Allowed (RLNE6063600) Pet policies: No Dogs Allowed, No Cats Allowed.
