Bugs Constant management changes and Not honoring the lease
The office and maintenance staff is awesome! From the application process to service requests it is all so easy and fast! Kiki is so professional and knowledgeable. Susan is so sweet and professional. Jaime and Vicki are some of the best in the industry when it comes to maintenance and make ready because my apartment hasn’t needed anything since I moved in. Thank you all so much!
I got lucky and blessed finding 3001 crystal spring to move in from Houston, its a very nice quiet and close to everything i need, work food gas and groceries, And i want to thank the complex front disk representatives for how organized they are especially Juan and Miss Kiki for there fast phenomenal and amazing help and quick responding in every step of the rental process, I highly recommend this complex

Although I moved in with several issues with my unit Paige had all problems addressed and fixed within days and/or immediately. She made my move in process quick, easy and quite pleasant. The complex is an old one but they take care of the property very well it’s always clean, well maintained and grounds mowed and well kept. I recommend anyone to try 3001 Apartments as your first home.
Been two weeks without reliable heat. Need someone more knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning.
I looked here for leasing before the whole outbreak happened. I plan on moving in after shelter in place ends. Paige was so wonderful and helpful. She really sold me on the community. Can’t wait to move in!!
I’ve lived at 3 Thousand One (formerly Surrey Oaks) for a year. It’s been a solid facility! It doesn’t have all the amenities like a gym and special perks, but it’s affordable and clean. When I first moved in, the management was terrible. Since reforming as 3 Thousand One, I have had NO PROBLEMS with the management. I really feel like they’re trying their best and care about the people. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable yet clean, this is your place. If you have a decent job, PLEASE MOVE HERE, I need good neighbors!
