Located just 30 minutes from the city, this all-season cottage offers a comfortable stay for all ages. This fully air-conditioned cottage features 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The bright and modern kitchen boasts a large island that seats 5. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Breville Espresso maker or Ninja Coffee maker on one of the two balconies. The basement family room is equipped with a 70-inch Smart TV, a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and an air hockey table. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for all guests. Enjoy the 6-7 person hot tub overlooking Mont-Cascades. The large double garage is equipped with a bar, Ping-Pong table, poker table, darts, and an arcade basketball net. Free parking is available on the property. Propane refills for the BBQ and patio heaters are reimbursed for one refill during your stay. Chalet Mont-Cascades is within walking distance of Mont-Cascades Waterpark and ski resort, offering year-round activities. You'll have access to nature, golf, the Gatineau River, and more. Public water access to the Gatineau River and other municipal lakes is a short drive away, and paddleboards are included. Ottawa and Gatineau are a 30-minute drive, and nearby attractions include AmeriSpa (6 minutes), Nordik Spa (20 minutes), Old Chelsea (20 minutes), and Wakefield (15 minutes). A large supermarket and gas station are an 8-minute drive away. Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking and are not allowed on beds or couches. Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and 6 vehicles. Parties or events are not permitted and will result in a minimum $150 fine.
