This all-season cottage offers a perfect staycation or work-from-home retreat. This fully air-conditioned chalet features a bright and modern kitchen with a large island that seats 5. Enjoy the comfort of bathrobes and slippers provided for all guests, perfect for relaxing in the 6-7 person hot tub overlooking Mont-Cascades. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere, with two balconies to enjoy the surroundings. The basement family room is equipped with a 70" Smart TV with access to streaming services, a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and an air hockey table. Complimentary paddleboards are included. Free parking is available on the property, and most nearby locations also offer free parking. Guests can request a free late checkout or early check-in when available. Propane tank refills for the BBQ and patio heaters will be reimbursed for one refill during the stay. Located within walking distance to Mont-Cascades Waterpark and ski resort, offering year-round activities. Enjoy easy access to nature, golf, the Gatineau River, and more. Public water access at the Gatineau River and other municipal lakes are a short drive away. A large supermarket and gas station are an 8-minute drive away. No smoking is allowed inside the house; smoking is permitted outside only, away from open windows/doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking and are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture. Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and 6 vehicles. Parties or events are not permitted, and violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, with no loud music or disruptive noise outdoors. Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay. Treat the home and furniture with care, remove shoes indoors, and clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen. Report any accidental damage immediately.
