The main floor houses the living and dining rooms and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The first floor contains four bedrooms, and an additional room is located on the basement floor. Three to four parking spots are available on the driveway. A crib and high chair are available for babies and toddlers. Explore top attractions like the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Scotiabank Arena just 20 minutes away, with BMO Field within 30 minutes. Balance calm surroundings with vibrant city experiences throughout your stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. There is one camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it is a family neighborhood. In extreme winter temperatures (-20C or below), the hot tub may lose heat. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay for stays of one week or longer. During winter, hired personnel will shovel the private driveway, and the main road is plowed by the city. Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property; a fine of up to $200 may be applied if any pet hair or evidence of pets is found on the premises. Includes a dedicated work station.
