Great experience so far. Affordable, near the train and a beautiful building with great amenities. Leasing experience has been smooth and we received a lot of help from the leasing office.

it had been great experience so far in this apartment. I believe the only important amenity missing in my apartment is an exhaust or chimney. Also, we can have a community meet up program bi-monthly. that can be good way to know the neighbors.

I've been living in this building for some time now, and overall, I really enjoy my experience here. The facilities are top-notch, and the community is friendly and welcoming. The amenities make day-to-day life convenient and enjoyable. However, I have encountered one issue that I think needs addressing: the gap around the air conditioning unit. During the winter months, cold air tends to seep in from outside, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe closing that gap or improving insulation would enhance the comfort of residents significantly. Despite this minor setback, I’m overall very pleased with my living situation and would recommend this building to others!

3 Journal Square is a great building with good amenities. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The building is very well maintained. Accessibility wise the location is right next to groceries store and PATH station.

The experience so far is really good starting from getting the appointment to visit the apartment to the lease agreement, move in and everything is so smooth. The entire team is very friendly and available for any inquiries/concerns immediately. Glad to be part of this community. Keep up the good work.

Every thing is good except the path train noice. It would be great if windows glass would have been soundproof. I like that path station is near by it help my commute to office.

Location is very best for me as i travel daily yo new York city. We have markets near by which has all the shops we need in our day to day life. Building itself is good. Staff is grate and very helpfull.

Overall good experience. The location is close to path station. Clean environment inside the building, nice gym and friendly staffs. Quite convenient to receive packages.

The staff is good, however many problems on the construction of this building. I had so many problems of clogging on the kitchens sink, the sink is always dirty and smelling bad. I’m really disappointed with this issue and nobody from the administration gave me a solution either a feedback.

Apartment building location is great . Close to path and Indian grocery stores . Only thing I don’t like they don’t clean play area time to time. And some times service person don’t come after one visit ( very least often ). Else everything is great

Its good till now, just moved here so don't know much about it to be honest, but everything looks good. Gym is good, lobby area is good, they have small play area, and other things as well. Wish just was there a swimming pool

This place consistency holds up and is a fun place to live. The management has been helpful and I will continue to live her just for the feeling.

It's been a few months since I moved to 3 Journal Square and I absolutely love it. They have great amenities such as 24/7 front desk concierge, package receiving facility, gym, rooftop, park and also they have a ton of security features which was my biggest concern. Recently I needed maintainence to fix a few concerns in my apartment and their service was quick and great. Majority of the front desk concierge have been very kind and friendly, I like interacting with them. Amira is the leasing officer who helped me secure my apartment, she is very professional and friendly, I am grateful to her efforts. The building also has small parties or get togethers which I enjoy attending as it helps me meet more people at the building. The location of the apartment is also amazing, it's close to the path station allowing me to easily commute to NYC. There are many Indian and halal stores nearby which I find very convenient.

Have lived here for over 3 years Love the building’s location and staff. The units are well maintained and come with washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Maintanence requests are handled in a timely manner and the leasing office is friendly and helpful

Living here has been pretty great so far. The apartment building is cleaned often, and the staff is very friendly. Never have package issues since there is always someone at the desk to accept larger packages, and a convenient package locker for everything else.

Apartment building is well maintained and all the staff members are very friendly. We are new here with a toddlers looking forward to meet other toddlers family.

Great and peaceful place to live. The PATH accessibility is great. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The TULU rental products come in handy.

The leasing office and front desk are sooo nice and feeling like home!! That's the key factor of why I decided to start a lease in this apartment! And I can tell they really trying hard to keep the apartment new and clean!

Good experience overall. I would recommend this place. The corridor ventilation / temperature can be taken care off better and have appropriate temperature

I have recently moved into 3 Journal Square Apartments. So far my experience has been great. Leasing officer Amira helped me apply for the apartment I was interested in and provided me with all the support I needed. I moved from Washington DC and did not face any issues communicating with the leasing team to make sure everything was set for me to move-in. The front desk was very understanding upon my arrival and helped in accepting my packages that I needed immediately upon my arrival. They also have amazing amenities, I especially enjoy the terrace and gym. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of grocery, Indian and halal stores nearby. One of my top priorities was safety, there are plenty of security features in the apartment building including 24/7 concierge and controlled access. I feel safe in the community and always felt like help was near. The building is a close walk to the Path station providing easy commute access to NYC.

People here are very nice. It's a great place to live if you have a dog - from treats at the front desk to an onsite dog run. The employees who are constantly cleaning and managing the trash are top notch, thourgh and professional. Love it's really close to the Path.

We are really enjoying our new place. Staff is amazing and front desk people are friendly and willing to help at anytime. Amenities are fabulous. Our dog Smokey is adjusting well to things and loves the dog park.

I lived here for over a year and have to say everything was good until a very bad experience I had at the end. One night at 10:30pm we could not get into our unit as our lock was not reading our key fob or the doorman’s key fob. We were told that since mainatence was not around that it would take someone 1.5 hours to get there. When someone finally arrrived we did not get into our unit until around 1:30am. Turns out the lock lock on the door ran out of battery and it took a crowbar to get into our unit. When we emailed management about this all we got was a simple sorry and explanation that they change the battery twice a year. They made no effort whatsoever to make it right. It was very disappointing and a very sour end to our stay.

The staff at 3 Journal Square is top-notch! Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating. The building is centrally located and a very quick walk to local buses and the PATH, which makes getting around easy.

Great team, Leasing Office team is amazing, Tracy in Building Engineering is fantastic, Management team is always looking for ways to make it a friendly neighborhood culture of bringing people together. A huge recommend!!

Management at this property is horrendous. I had a security concern and, instead of trying to work with me in person, the manager selectively reviewed the security tapes and implied I had lied about the incident. Not to mention the office people walk around with scowls on their faces and never say hi to you as you walk by. Also, they will overcharge you for the cheapest flooring on the planet when you move out and potentially fabricate charges, as they claim we took a smoke detector that was there when we moved out. When I asked for receipts for the work they claim they did on the apartment, they sent me a photo of a catalog price and a flooring invoice dated after they had “calculated” what I owe them. Not only will they attempt to keep your entire security deposit, but they’ll jerk you around when you try to get your hard earned money back. Because apparently a giant corporation needs your security deposit more than you do in the middle of a pandemic. I’ve lived in several apartment communities and have always gotten my entire deposit back, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment community. Just stay away.

If you are looking for an apartment in this area, go with 3 Journal Square. They have the best leasing staff to help make your move-in process seamless. Besides, the apartment is kept in pristine condition too.

As a new resident of 3 Journal Square, the cleanliness of apartment prior to my move-in was very excellent. The Wi-Fi was easy to set up with Verizon and ready to connect with router. The windows are clean. 3 Journal Square staff is friendly and caring. As well there are online portals to make payments and appointments for service requests, which makes it easy to make payments and request services needed.

3 Journal Square has a great team of leasing professionals, concierge, and maintenance workers who have made my experience so smooth and easy. Transportation is very convenient with the PATH, and the people are very friendly.

It's a wonderful place to live, and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Living at Journal Square has been a great experience. The staff, service and maintenance is very helpful. Living expenses at 3 Journal Square are a little excessive but tolerable.

Staying at 3JSQ apartment feels like home. They have the best in class amenities and amazing service. Entire team including leasing office, concierge, housekeeping and especially the maintenance guys- (I have to mention Tracy ) offer the best service and makes your stay comfortable and hassle free.

These apartments are amazing. I love how friendly every single employee is here and how they will go out of their way to help! I love how safe the apartments feel, and how easy all the amenities and services are to use. Move-in was a breeze and we have been greatly enjoying living here since then.
