This 3rd floor spacious apartment is located in the desirable west end area. It's only minutes from all the down town attractions. It is a 5 minute walk to either the Lancaster regional hospital, Franklin and Marshal college or the chestnut hill café. The apartment has a nice sized 7x9 foot galley kitchen, 1 large 12x12 foot bed room, a large 12x14 foot living room with a coat closet, and a little nook with great natural light ideal for reading or a small table, a 8x6 office, and a bathroom. The Kitchen has newer cabinets and counter tops. All the vinyl floors were recently replaced, brand new wall to wall carpet was installed. All the windows have been replaced. W/S/T and 24 hour emergency maintenance is included. Tenant is responsible for unit electric, electric base board heat, gas, foe cooking and hot water. All of our apartments are professionally cleaned and painted with every transition. Tenant must meet income requirements. Credit check, income verification, good rental history required. NO PETS OR SMOKING. One year lease required. Lease is restricted to two or less people. Available May 5th 2017... We are a small company that only manages the buildings we own.
