The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions. Mandatory Renter’s Insurance- We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $12.50 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability, and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $12.50. Covid Precautions- As California has placed restrictions on open houses and meetings, start with contacting us first with your interest. As we need to adhere to Social Distancing!
