Walk out to a private back yard that has minimal yard maintenance. The home has an oversized 2-car garage, plus two storage units in the back of the home. One storage unit is attached to the home and the other unit is an oversized detached unit. The house has baseboard heating and a swamp cooler system included. Living room area has vaulted ceilings with brand new canless lighting setup. Master bedroom is oversized and has its own room-control thermostat. Washer and dryer machines can be included for a monthly fee per machine, but residents are welcome to bring their own if needed at no extra charge. Rent is $2,095/month with no utilities included. There is an additional $30/month for sewer. Residents would also need to provide their own internet and trash services as well. Security deposit is $2,095. This is a pet friendly household. Pet deposit is $300. A max of two pets/animals are allowed in total. Pet rent is $35/month per pet. Lease Term: 6 month or less (negotiable) All applicants of 18 years or older are required to apply separately. Application fee is $31.95 per applicant plus additional charges required by third party screening service. All occupants must be included on lease agreement.
