With convenient freeway access, you can easily explore wider San Diego and even Disneyland. A 30-night minimum stay is required for this property. Guests are required to roll the provided trash bins out to the curb the night before trash day and bring them back in after pickup on the same day. Failure to do so will result in a city citation and a $300 fee will be charged to the guest. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates, but it is advised to coordinate deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay. The City of San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying, and it must be signed to receive check-in information. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay.
