About This Home
Slightly older but lovely 3BR, 2 1/2 BA townhome conveniently located on south end of Winchester. Home has all new vinyl plank flooring and new carpeting on stairs. Kitchen has range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave with space for a small table or cabinet for extra storage. Just off the kitchen, there is pantry storage in the dining area. Access to the kitchen for pass-thru of food and dishes makes for an easier mealtime setup! The main level also has a half bath right inside the main hall with a pocket door for privacy. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with its own private bath, plus two more front bedrooms and a full hall bath. Also upstairs, there is a small linen closet and a convenient washer/dryer area, so you don't have to carry clothes up and down to wash/dry them! There's a small back yard off the living room which is not totally enclosed due to the passageway for everyone to have access to the rear of their property. The privacy fencing is to separate the subdivision from the property next door. The basement is unfinished with a new sump pump in 2026. A new roof was put on in 2022. There are only 2 assigned parking spaces per townhome with relatively few visitor spaces. The owner does not allow pets or smoking/vaping at the residence...sorry! Tenant pays all utilities, will have to shovel snow around vehicles/shovel walkways, plus will have to maintain yard - owner pays HOA fees.
2965 Sorrell Ct is a townhome located in Winchester County and the 22601 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Frederick County Public Schools attendance zone.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
