In the rear of the first floor is a mudroom which is home to the washer and dryer and access to a half bath. The second floor has 2 full size bedrooms with large closets and a full bath. The largest bedroom of the house is located on the 3rd floor. It has a large closet as well as plenty of light. The house has a back yard which is accessible from a gate in the front of the house and also through the mudroom. In the backyard there is also a 150 sqft workshop/shed which is great for extra storage or a little workshop. Rent is $2100 per month plus an additional $50 a month for water. All other utilities are not included. First & last months rent and a security deposit equal to one months rent due at signing. Small pets are allowed, but is a case by case basis. Renter pays for all utilities except for water. No Smoking or vaping in the house.
