Deckebach is a heartbeat away from DAAP at the front door step of the main campus on Clifton Avenue. It is a small side street that connects Riddle Road and Probasco Street. Quiet and safe area. Shuttle from UC within 1 block if needed. You are not going to find this much parking so close to campus anywhere in such a nice building! One year lease required and approximately one month security deposit. No pets. Price is based on leasing for upto 6 persons. Occupancy available in the second week of August 2026.
