SUMMARY: THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT, Lease takeover for ONE ROOM w/bathroom inside the three bedroom apartment. Commonspace is shared. Looking for a *female* to take over my lease at Cavalier Crossing for $539/mo until July 31st! Move-in: As soon as possible (it may take a week to arrange things). WiFi, cable, furnishings, etc. are all included in rent! Email for details. I was a tenant here and I am leasing my apartment to someone else because I moved out. You will still need to do a full application with Cavalier Crossing leasing office. PICTURES: You may or may not get the exact room I had. The kitchen picture was our kitchen, but if you end up getting a different room, it will look exactly the same minus the decorations. All bedrooms and bathrooms look identical as well. The benefit is if you take over my lease, you'll be paying the yearly rate for only six month INSTEAD of the six-month rate, which is higher. You're also guarenteed a room [if you pass background check, etc.] instead of applying yourself and them telling you there is nothing available. Misc. Costs: You will still have a down payment and have to sign an application as if you signed the lease yourself (it's the same thing). Down payment is 2x the rent [for Cavalier Crossing] unless you have a personal guarantor (in that case, it is zero). If you decide to be my lease takeover, I require you to give me a $100 "down payment" that I will refund you once you move in. This is so that I know you fully intend to move in, and I will not sell my apartment to anyone else. If you decide not to move in, I will not refund you the $100.00. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. By-the-bed individual lease (You have a PRIVATE bathroom).
