Cooks will enjoy the gas cooking stove in good-sized kitchen. Laundry hook-ups in separate large mud room off kitchen. Front deck and back covered porch add some nice outdoor living spaces. Landlord will be responsible for yard maintenance (and development), with exception of asking tenants to keep a few plantings watered. Lease required to May 31st. No pets. No Cosigners. No smoking. Tenant pays utilities.
