No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises, and doing so will result in eviction and possible law enforcement involvement. The property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas, and evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort, with quiet hours daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas and use noise-aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of all guests.
