Whether you're exploring Coconut Grove or shopping in Coral Gables a few blocks away, checking out the vibrant scenes in Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell, or exploring the historic Calle Ocho, all 10-15 min away. You’re at the heart of it all! Plus, grocery stores (sprouts, milams, publix), coffee shops and gyms (club studio, youfit, ghost gym) are also blocks away. Price is $3200 / month with first month's rent and security deposit (also $3200) due at signing (utilities not included, except for internet).
