You're in the midst of an amazing community. The place is within one mile of some of the hottest bars and restaurants in Los Angeles. The townhouse itself, lies under a huge walnut tree that's just enough to keep the temperature cool most of the summer making in unnecessary to operate the a/c most of the time! Just open the front door and the door to the patio and experience ideal habitation. The outdoor redwood deck is a peaceful, even magical, place to have a coffee in the morning or to pop food on the grill. I know because it used to be my place:)
