Before you apply for this apartment, you should know: * Month-to-month rental term. * Application fee is $55 per adult and is non-refundable. * Deposit is 1-3 times the rent, depending on application screening results, and is due within 24 hours of application approval. * Pets are allowed. Pet rent is $40/pet/month with a security deposit increase of $400/pet. Maximum of 3 pets/unit. ALL tenants must register with our pet screening partner, regardless of whether you have an animal.
