The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and major appliances, with seating at a large farm table and kitchen island stools. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: the master suite with a king bed, futon, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks; and two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. A second full bathroom in the hallway offers a shower-tub combination. Downstairs, a second living room provides a futon, chair, SmartTV, and a desk, perfect for relaxation or work. The fourth bedroom on this level has two full-size beds. Enjoy the fully covered deck off the dining area and a large ground-level patio with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a fire pit. The fully fenced backyard is ideal for kids and pets. This is a pet-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Off-street parking is available. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is conveniently situated 3 miles from grocery stores and dining options, 6 miles from downtown Clarksville, and 12 miles from Fort Campbell. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. occurs in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and will be required to sign a rental agreement. Guests are asked to treat all towels and linens with care; a replacement fee will be charged for items stained or damaged beyond repair.
