The location is absolutely amazing in a quiet residential portion of Myers Park with easy access to Park Road Shopping Center, Selwyn Avenue, Montford Drive, etc. The home has hardwood floors throughout, a renovated bathroom, private outside space and all appliances (including washer and dryer). The location is unbeatable. You are in the heart of Myers Park and you are literally right across the street from the Greenway so you can go walking, running, or bike riding with ease. We are pet lovers ourselves so pets are welcome. We are looking for applicants with at least a 620 credit score, who make roughly 3x the monthly rent and who have good rental history. The application fee is $75 per person. Utilities and lawncare are the tenant's responsibility and there is a $13 monthly insurance charge.
