Full refrigerator and kitchenette including all utilities. Private space with a sitting area for enjoying Maui's peaceful nature. Washer and dryer on property, street parking, and a little storage for boards on the side of the building. We are a no smoking of any kind home there are other tenants on property but this space is private. Quiet hours 10pm-8am looking for a long term tenant. It’s best for 1 person but we have had 2 before.
