Walk-out basement apartment that doesn't feel like a basement because the house is built on a hill. Full-size windows and lots of natural sunlight. Apartment has two entrances, one of which opens directly onto a huge shared deck with a beautiful view of Rock Creek park (some of the pics were taken before I stained the deck and added furniture, grill, and cafe lights). Shared laundry (with bike storage) connected to the apartment. All utilities plus high-speed internet included in price. Full kitchen. Quiet, non-bitey cats and dogs allowed ($500 non-refundable pet deposite)--if you have a dog that barks at noises or squirrels, etc., please don't apply. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen--pictures were taken before it was installed.
