Hello everyone! I have a one-bedroom apartment in Logan Square/Avondale available for occupancy on September 1, 2022. The monthly rent is $1,595 on a 12-month lease. This recently renovated one-bedroom unit in Logan Square/Avondale (2921 N. Whipple St.) has an abundance of natural light, hardwood floors throughout and an upgraded kitchen. The large bedroom has a closet and ample space for a king/queen-size bed, while the spacious kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Off of the kitchen is the wide-open dining room and the huge living room has a large closet for extra storage. Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit. Bathroom is complete with a stone-tile floor and a subway tile shower. Unit is cable/internet ready for service through Xfinity. Free laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available in-building). Bike storage and additional storage locker are also available at no additional cost. On-site management. Heat (steam radiators), water and trash removal are included in rent. Tenant pays electric, cooking gas and cable/internet. Security deposit equal to one month's rent due upon signing. $40 application fee. Minimum application requirements for prospective tenants are a credit score of 670 and a monthly salary of 3x monthly rent ($4,765). 10-minute walk to Logan Square Blue Line Station. #77 Diversey bus a block away.
