Closes to multiple restaurants. The unit is fully renovated with all new stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Room is $700. The rooms are spacious, freshly painted and large windows. Rent includes all utilities. Free laundry in the basement. I moved in this month and am gradually furnishing the place. However, the rented room is not furnished. 6 months to a year lease required. Background and credit check will be required. I graduated from UMN 2 years ago and now work full-time M-F, 6-5 and some weekends; so I am not often home.
