Salemtowne offers a private executive golf course, swimming pool, woodshop, fitness center, activity rooms, free RV/extra vehicle storage and many more amenities. **This home is located in Salemtowne, a 55+ active adult golf community and at least one resident is required to be 55 years of age or older. Salemtowne rules do not allow any resident under 18 years of age. New tenants must meet with Salemtowne office personnel within 10 days of move in to complete orientation and registration agreeing to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Salemtowne. Proof of age for all residents will be required during this visit. A $50 registration fee will be required during orientation and will be payable to the Salemtowne Civic Association.** Application Fee: $45 for the 1st adult, $25 for each additional adult (regardless of marital status). If an applicant has resided outside of the State of Oregon within the past 5 years, there will be an additional $20 fee to run their out of state background check. (Adult: Any person the age of 18 or older.) Not all properties allow pets, however, if it is noted in the property description that pets are allowed then there is an additional deposit of $250 per animal unless otherwise stated- breed restrictions apply.
