The studio is part of our house, but is completely private, comes fully furnished and offers: - Dedicated Off-street parking - Private entry - Private outdoor garden with its own dedicated grill - Wireless Internet - Queen size bed (box spring, mattress and all pillows are covered in high quality allergy covers) - Oversized Ceiling fan - Oversized step-down Shower - Fully-stocked Ohana kitchen includes: Mid-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cook top (single) with cookware, blender, coffee maker, tea hot pot, plates, glasses, and utensils - Washer/dryer (shared) - TV w/Roku - Boogie Boards Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler, an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, etc. This is a gorgeous and private unit where one can relax under the fragrant Plumeria tree in the garden, BBQ on a dedicated gas grill, take a short walk downtown to enjoy an abundance of great restaurant offerings, or grab a towel and take a short walk to the beach. $2,500 month for a maximum of two people for a one month lease. 18.5% Hawaii State Taxes and cleaning will be added for leases less than 6 months.
