A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Baby items such as a Pack n' Play, stroller, and baby security gate are complimentary for all stays. This property is not pet-friendly, but service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with a written request at the time of reservation. Knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor. The community is not pet-friendly and may request proof for service animals. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
