We provide and maintain the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Water is included in your rent. You pay your own electricity. Tenants split the responsibility for lawn care and snow removal. This home comes with a big fenced in backyard and a 1 car garage for each unit. We allow approved pets/animals. Must be up to date on shots & registered with your county. There is a one time non refundable pet fee. We do not charge monthly for pets. The base fee is $250.00 but can be more if they are larger pets or there are multiple pets. To qualify, the household income must exceed 3xs the monthly rent. If you wish to apply, we run credit, criminal and rental history. Application fee is $40 per adult. (Money order ONLY)(non refundable) Deposit is 1.5xs the monthly rent.(Fully refundable) If needed, we do offer payment options for the deposit.
