The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 29 North
While I have only been at 29 North a few days, I can already tell I am going to really love it here. The location is wonderful, with many things in walking distance. The apartment complex feels very comfortable and the area is quiet for those of us who are light sleepers. The grounds are beautiful and it is obvious that 29 North has high standards that they maintain. Overall, I am glad I moved here and would recommend it to all!

Thank you so much for this incredible 5-star review! We love hearing that our residents (and their fur-babies) are happy! Thank you for choosing 29 North as your home here in Hickory!
Resident for over a year. I really enjoy the location in the Viewmont neighborhood. Close to good restaurants and bars. It seems to be hastefully built, though, leading to some minor cosmetic blemishes, ie poor door fittings and miscut holes around outlets/switches
