It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. The location is perfect for enjoying Short North, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium. Downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit; white noise machines and fans are provided. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
