Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had an electrical issue on the weekend and they fixed it immediately. Also, the rent is very reasonable
Move in was smooth and easy. The office was open for any and all questions once I moved it. Everyone in the office is great! Loving my one bed 1 bath. Perfect for one person.
office staff is SUPER friendly Hannah and Monse were super sweet when touring my son and I, I absolutely love the high cellings in the one bedroom make it feel very spacious!

The office staff seems to have quite a bit of turnover but staff now is very helpful. Love having my door open to the outside and no hallway to walk down. Maintained can take some time for repairs. Needs many more parking spaces, sometimes you have to park at next building.
They need to clean up the grounds. There is too much trash around and the garbage area is always a mess. Clean up the trash even around the pool there is trash and in the pond

Robin is great!!! I just moved in and had to clean a lot!! Not a big deal but I didn’t think I would have to scrub everything before I moved in.
The staff is very patient and helpful. The complex is clean and quiet.love it here. Has a lot of amenities for kids and adult. The pod view is very relaxing. Easy to find parking.

I've been at Edgewater. I think 4 years now, time has gone fast. I love the feeling of this place. Nestled among the trees. You can come in out of the hustle and bustle of the world to a comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Take a hot shower and unwind. The location is perfect. Less than 12 minutes from hilton head. Bike paths all along the parkway and everything You need is within a few short miles. The Bluffton Parkway is very busy and you have to be very careful of tourists and people in a hurry, but easy to navigate. I would give this place four stars because there's always room for improvement. There's always changes being made... Staff is working hard to maintain and improve surroundings. The staff from office workers to maintenance are always willing to lend a hand, fix any problems that arise, and greet you with a pleasant smile. Yes, I like it here. Not sure how long I can stay, but for now it's giving me a sense of peace.

The community is kept clean. You will always see the maintenance man driving around cleaning up or on his way to fix something! I am happy with my apartment. The staff has, in all, been very helpful when needed! Joining was also ver welcoming.
Great place to live. Location a plus. Parking can be a problem as I don’t get home until after seven o’clock. Grounds area is kept up and pool is great!
My rating is based on my experience of the last 7 months, where we had a mouse infestation that was never resolved by the condominium, when I invested my money to put an end to the infestation I passed my bills to the condominium so that they would refund my money and They denied it, for months I have been waiting for them to come to the apartment to fix the damage left by the mice (carpet, holes in the walls, etc.) and they haven't done it, the food extractor doesn't work, the air conditioning leaks, the bathrooms have mold , the disorder and inefficiency of the administration and very large every month I receive emails where I owe $25 and I go through the office I explain to them and the emails continue to arrive, I think that to improve the residences they should start by changing the administration
Here at the Edgewater apartment complex its very peaceful and clean. Members of staff is very friendly and helpful to the residents of this apartment and they will help us with any questions or concerns that arise regarding the property or any issues we may have in our homes .
We’ve been here 4 years and love it. Only negative is chaos of management changing so frequently (3x in 4 years) which has just caused annoying disruptions, but when that’s your biggest complaint, I’d take it.
The staff members were the most important thing I noticed. They were very welcoming and accepted us with open arms. We loved Ms. Robin. She was able to help us settle in and give us a guide to our new environment.
I really like living here the maintenance guy is very nice and if you need him, he is always there to fix anything. Also I like the new management.
The office staff exudes warmth and professionalism. I've been living here a month so far, very pleased with my experience! It's a nice neighborhood where you can feel safe and comfortable.
Overall I am happy with this community. It is safe, conveniently located and friendly. The amenities are great and the staff work hard to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. In my three years here I have only observed one thing that concerns me. The trash compactor is often not activated and residents place their trash on the ground which rapidly becomes a large pile and makes our community look terrible. I believe it would be helpful to make efforts to educate the community on how to use the compactor. Additionally a small staircase would be helpful for residents who cannot lift their trash to the height of the door.
They are friendly kind and warm I also love the community because it’s quite and peaceful around here I never more glad when I decided to move here
No matter how difficult or untimely our requests, the staff here is always prompt in solving the problem and always they are courteous and kind.
I do and have enjoyed living here. It is a great location and improvements are being made more often. The four stars are there only because the rent is increased every renewal. Otherwise the staff are super helpful and try to accommodate all your issues.
Well, Where do I start? My apartment has been flooded several times from the unit above. My baseboards have been off my walls for over a year. I was told I would have to move my own furniture to have it repaired. I had mold growing in my walls, and my insurance company had to pay to put my family in a hotel. My wife was electrocuted while sitting on our couch during an electrical storm. On top of that, since all of that happened my rent has gone up every year with my apartment being worth less than it was when we moved in, and through no fault of our own. Add gunshots going off and a man being beaten nearly to death in our parking lot, and I am paying a good deal more for this unit than anyone should. The one saving grace is that the maintenance team is top notch.

my experience at 29 Edge Water has been good. this has became home for my little family. Even though we won’t be here forever, this will always be considered our first home.
Esta bien para vivir no es tan sucio , el mantenimiento está bien , la oficina más o menos .. solo hay que estar al pendiente de los cargos que aveces uno tiene que pagar para que no cobren extras
We have excellent expiereces on this aparment since we moved here They treat us very good and they are a very professional, never had a problem w them.
The thing that attracted me to 29 Edgewater was that it had a quaint look with the trees and sidewalks nestled in here making apartment living more enjoyable. I do get upset when I see people not appreciating what they have hère, and don't treat their amenities with respect.
The area is very quiet. I had a couple of maintenance issues and they were tended to in a timely manner. Since applying here, and me traveling a lot, the staff have been extremely helpful.
I've lived in the community for awhile now, nice and great staff. Quick maintenance when something needs done! Great location and nice pool area for adults and kids
Its a quiet neighborhood, we can enjoy the pool, the gym, good location very close to the stores and the island. If you need maintenance they are available to help
It has not been the best, I had many problems from the beginning such as the dryer, the kitchen, the dishwasher, but more with the dryer because it took months to find the final solution, and the worst thing that happened to us was the problem with the rats but thank God it could be solved and I have not seen them again luckily, but otherwise I am not complaining, good place to live and I recommend it.
My experience in the complex has been pleasant, it is quiet, little noise, quiet neighbors. I would like parking spaces to be assigned to each home.
With the rent increases every single year and no updates to amenities or upgrades to the apartment it just seems very greedy. With inflation hitting everybody really hard it's crazy to see how high rents have gone. I was promised a free carpet cleaning when I renewed and I have asked to schedule it multiple times and I have yet to get anything scheduled.

My wife and I have lived here going on 17 years… we’ve seen many changes.. some good and some not so good.. obviously we are good staying here.. The community has a more corporate feel, where in the past it was warmer and the management was closely knit with the residents I love the area and where we are located.. we love the pool area and clubnouse improvements ..
Overall have enjoyed living here. Parking I think is one of my biggest concerns. Obviously that can only be controlled to an extent but I do wish there was more parking available. Sometimes when I get home from work I have to park across the complex from my apartment and that kind of sucks. But other than that everything has been great
Edgewater is beautiful !! Lacy and Robin along with the maintenance guys are amazing always nice and doing a great job. Lacy hasn’t easy but she’s an excellent property manager !
