With a fully-equipped kitchen, you can cook up your favorite meals and enjoy them on your cozy patio. But that's not all, the neighborhood also offers endless opportunities for fun and adventure! You can bring your bikes and explore the charming neighborhood, play tennis or basketball with your loved ones, or watch your kids have a blast at the nearby playground. After a long day of excitement, come back to your air-conditioned accommodations and relax in front of your cable TV or pop in a DVD. The central air ensures that you stay cool and comfortable during those hot summer days. Please note, there is no garage entry available and guests must bring their own sheets (queen, queen, & full on full bunk). For safety, cameras are placed outside the house to ensure that only guests on the reservation are present. Book now and get ready for the ultimate vacation experience that you and your loved ones will cherish forever! All reservations also subject to a $150 cleaning fee and $150 booking fee. Drivers licenses are required for all guests registered. This is a short-term rental with stays available from a week or up to a month. This is not a long-term or academic rental.
