The kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker with Folger's coffee, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers. Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader Public Goods are also provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. The property does not have a designated parking lot, and street parking is the available option. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants. Lower Highlands, known as LoHi, is a family-friendly neighborhood just three miles outside of Denver, where you’ll find the Colorado State Capitol, Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum, and so much more. LoHi is located near major parks such as the City of Cuernavaca Park along the South Platte River, boasting biking and hiking trails with scenic city views.

Hirshorn Park is a smaller neighborhood park that’s worth a visit, housing baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground.
