Kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker, and Folger's coffee. Professional-grade knife set and Pyrex food storage containers are also provided, along with assorted spices and olive oil from a sustainable, zero-waste industry leader. The property does not have a designated parking lot, so street parking is the available option. Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk or bike to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to explore the local vibe. Coffee shops are plentiful in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest. Restaurants such as Duo and Root Down offer fresh, farm-to-table dinners, while Zuni Street Brewery next door is a popular spot for locally brewed beers. For family-friendly activities, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo are approximately 15-20 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheatre, known for its outdoor venues, is just 20-30 minutes away. Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions, and a charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out. Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval. Access to the mailbox is not available, and any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.

Lower Highlands, known as LoHi, is a family-friendly neighborhood just three miles outside of Denver, where you’ll find the Colorado State Capitol, Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum, and so much more. LoHi boasts a variety of local burger joints, taverns, beer gardens, and coffee shops such as Recess Beer Garden and Root Down, an old filling station turned New American eatery. LoHi is located near major parks such as the City of Cuernavaca Park along the South Platte River, boasting biking and hiking trails with scenic city views.

Hirshorn Park is a smaller neighborhood park that’s worth a visit, housing baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground.
