No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smell of smoke will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of professional cleaning. Please lock the doors, return the keys, and turn off all fans and lights upon leaving. Please wash, dry, and return any used dishes or kitchen items to their correct place. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check-out. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick-up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances, items will be mailed for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment.
