The kitchen is equipped with essential amenities for preparing meals, and all bedrooms offer comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. Outside, enjoy the backyard with a charcoal grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a charcoal grill is available in the backyard. Located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, this home is across the street from Denton Park and near McGrew Court Park. It's conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, offering easy access to everything, including downtown, which is only 15 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Noise monitoring technology may be used. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Guests must abide by all posted rules regarding the safe use of any amenities, and by booking, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity relating to the use of these amenities.
