The home has a one car garage with an additional uncovered parking space next to it and ample storage space with many large closets. The main level features large windows which keep this home very bright. An open floor plan greets you, with a spacious living area, dining space and large kitchen. The kitchen includes quartz counter top, stainless steel appliances and gas stovetop. Patio door off the kitchen leads to a spacious outdoor patio and deck area with several places for entertaining and relaxing. All appliances will remain in the home, including: dishwasher, in-unit laundry washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and natural gas grill in the backyard. The home also features central heating and cooling. The location of the home is perfect for a family or active and social professionals. Located very close to Regis University, Chaffee Park, Tennyson, Sunnyside, Highlands, downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada, and I-70 taking you to the mountains. The neighborhood has many nice walking paths. Zuni Park and Goldspot Brewery are within walking distance. Rocky Mountain Lake Park and Berkeley Park are close as well. PET POLICY: Pets Negotiable. Would consider two animals, dogs and/or cats. Renters will pay security deposit (equal to one month's rent), all utilities, and renter's insurance. Owner pays water, HOA fees, which cover community landscaping and snow removal. The home is currently equipped with a SimpliSafe security system that includes video doorbell, video camera covering the back patio, access sensors, and motion detectors. Tenant will have the option of using the SimpliSafe system by enrolling for service. Trash and Recycle included. We perform a credit check, background check, current employer reference, and rental reference. Generally we cannot approve a credit score below 650 and we verify that the applicant(s) are making 2-3 times the rent.
