We (Brandon and Alison) have owned and loved this home but decided to move to Evergreen. We finished the basement as a lock off and will occasionally be staying there when we need to be in the city. Mostly when Alison is working at the hospital close by. The basement apartment has a separate entrance accessed through a separate gate in the backyard. We're easy going people and would only want to rent to someone fully comfortable with us and this situation.
