The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven, as well as an air fryer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettle (coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, sugar, and sugar substitute), and blender. Dishware and flatware, cooking basics, a cutting board, baking pans, a wine bottle opener, storage bags, and aluminum foil are provided. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. Enjoy peaceful wooded surroundings with on-site walking trails and frequent deer sightings. The furnished deck offers mountain views and includes a deck cover for summertime, an updated gas Weber grill with grilling utensils, and a 4-person picnic table with a garden pergola and lights. The homeowner lives on-site next door and may be present during your stay. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back doors facing the exterior entrances, recording video only (no audio) while guests are in residence. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Includes a dedicated workspace with an L-shaped desk and TV/monitor. This property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning. [SI]
