About This Home
Property Id: 2048698 This private bedroom room has it's own bathroom that is not shared and a large walk-in closet not shared. This room has 2 windows and is a nice size room and will fit a Queen size bed comfortably. The home is shared with 5 other tenants. Each room has it's own lock. There are 2 other bathrooms on the home that are shared. Shared fridge with one other person. There are 3 fridges as well as many cabinets in the dining room. The kitchen has a gas stove as well as a microwave. There are plenty of dishes for use in the kitchen as well as pans for cooking. No dishwasher, so dishes are to be done quickly as we can't leave them out for the ants to feast on... LOL. The living room does have some chairs to sit in and the back patio has places to sit outside. There is also a charcoal grill out back for use. Currently there is a cat that lives in the home. No new pets can be added at this time. The utilities are all included with the rent and the tenants do have control of the heat and the A/C. Currently I believe they have is set for 72 degrees year round. 2 people have been there more than 3 years, 2 others have been renting from me for almost a year and one for 4 months. Person leaving was there for 3 years. The home is quiet and not cluttered. We do ask that you take the time to clean once a week and help keep the floors swept and mopped weekly. Price includes utilities. See the entire posting before responding.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
