About This Home
Your dream home awaits where city convenience meets private oasis! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential setting with easy access to the vibrant heart of Downtown Dayton. Escape the heat in your inground pool and enjoy the massive garage offering ample space for multiple vehicles, a workshop, and extra storage. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Pets are only permitted if disclosed during booking and approved in writing. Bringing a pet without disclosing it is a violation of our house rules and will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund. Just a short drive away from the exciting attractions and amenities Downtown Dayton has to offer, including the Dayton Art Institute, the Schuster Performing Arts Center, Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Dayton Ballet. Discover Dayton's rich history at the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, Carillon Historical Park, and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Enjoy entertainment and recreation with a Dayton Dragons baseball game, scenic views, bike trails, and seasonal events at RiverScape MetroPark. Explore the vibrant Oregon Historic District with its unique shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and experience free concerts throughout the summer at the Levitt Pavilion Dayton. Downtown's culinary scene offers diverse options from cozy cafes to fine dining restaurants, and the growing craft beer scene with local breweries adds to the vibrant nightlife with numerous entertainment venues. Visit the 2nd Street Market for local produce, artisanal goods, and delicious treats. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and a $500 fine applies for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, although smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Avoid using plastic mini waste including confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, and pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house, as the driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.

The Belmont neighborhood encompasses part of the campus of the University of Dayton, and many of the university students live in houses and apartments in this area. Residents take County Road 48 to travel from Belmont to downtown Dayton, just a few miles northwest of Belmont.
Businesses line Watervliet Avenue, one of the neighborhood's main thoroughfares, as well as the streets between Watervliet Avenue and Wilmington Avenue. This gives residents easy access to a number of small grocery stores and neighborhood eateries. Residents hang out at Elsa's on the Border, a popular Mexican restaurant serving what's rumored to be the most popular margarita in Ohio.
